How it works

HOW IT WORKS

  • Register yourself on the site. You will be assigned a registration ID.

    (Always quote this ID while interacting with the company)

  • Select the city of your choice
  • Opt for home or office furniture
HOME FURNITURE

a) HOME FURNITURE

  • You can select items individually from the product gallery or from the various packages available
  • Select the items and add them in the shopping cart
  • Once the list is complete, select the payment mode
  • Upload your KYC documents (as specified)
  • Make the necessary payment
  • Get a confirmatory email / sms on your specified email ID / mobile number
  • Get delivery of selected items as per specified date
OFFICE FURNITURE

b) OFFICE FURNITURE

  • In case you want to opt for office furniture for individual use (non bulk order), you can select Retail Office furniture from the drop down box. It will lead you to a site where you can select products of your choice and do online transactions
  • In case your requirement is in bulk and you would like to have a customized offer (along with the complete layout drawing), you may write to us at info@easyrentals2u.com and we will contact you.
PACKAGES

PACKAGES

  • As a customer, you have the option of selecting a pre decided packages or opt for an ala-carte furniture option
  • The packages have been prepared on the basis of requirement of a typical individual / family keeping in mind type / cost of furniture.
  • Packages are categorized in terms of following : a) Student package b) 1 Room package c) 1 BHK/ 2 BHK/ 3 BHK package.
  • By opting for a package, customer has the benefit of enjoying a cost differential in comparison to the same products ordered separately (ala – carte option)
  • The delivery of all items reflecting in the package would be done together
DELIVERY

DELIVERY

  • Once the entire payment has been received and KYC documents been uploaded / submitted, a confirmation is sent to the customer over email / sms with details of product ordered and expected delivery date / time
  • One day before the delivery date, the delivery team speaks to the customer and reconfirms the product, delivery address and time
  • On the scheduled date, the delivery team delivers the product at the pre decided address
  • The installation team will either install the product simultaneously or seek a fresh time from the customer
  • Once delivery and installation is complete, the delivery team will get the delivery documents signed by the customer.
  • The customer is requested to keep the furniture in good condition as the items are in his possession only for a limited time frame
CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the customer decides to terminate the lease contract at any point of time, following would be the norms applicable :
  • Cancellation more than 1 day before delivery : no charges will be levied. Deposit amount and advance rental would be returned
  • Cancellation 1 day before delivery : 1 month deposit would be retained by the company
  • Cancellation during delivery : 1 month deposit would be retained by the company
  • Termination of the lease contract before the expiry period : As per the flexi – tenure policy, the slab would be changed as per the tenure actually used and revised rental calculated.
RENEWAL / EXTENSION POLICY

RENEWAL / EXTENSION POLICY

A customer has the flexibility of renewing his contract and enjoying the comfort of Godrej furniture till he wants. By opting to use the furniture for additional number of months, customer stands to enjoy the advantage of reduced monthly rentals. The new monthly rental is calculated after adjusting the rentals already paid. Monthly rentals reduce with increase in overall tenure.

  • 1 week before the lease contract is going to expire, the customer will get an automated email from the company with details of expiry date.
  • The customer will have an option to extend the lease contract, terminate the lease contract or buy back the furniture. Buy back terms and condition would be discussed at the time of buy back
  • The customer will have to speak to the call centre team to extend the lease contract
  • If the customer does not wish to renew the contract, he can simply ignore the email and the company team will arrange to have the furniture items returned.
  • Basis the option selected, the lease contract will accordingly be extended or terminated
  • If the lease contract is extended, the customer need not pay the same monthly rental amount. Since the overall duration of the lease contract is increasing, there would be a decrease in the per month rental amount.
