Delivery Policy :
- Once the entire payment has been received and KYC documents been uploaded / submitted, a confirmation is sent to the customer over email / sms with details of product ordered and expected delivery date / time
- One day before the delivery date, the delivery team speaks to the customer and reconfirms the product, delivery address and time
- On the scheduled date, the delivery team delivers the product at the pre decided address
- The installation team will either install the product simultaneously or seek a fresh time from the customer
- Once delivery and installation is complete, the delivery team will get the delivery documents signed by the customer.
- The customer is requested to keep the furniture in good condition as the items are in his possession only for a limited time frame
